Shipping and Returns
Returns Policy
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Orders
are eligible for return if they are received by Marcella's Handbags Store within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. If
items have been worn, washed, tags removed, original receipt/invoice
lost, or we do not receive it back at the store before the 14 day
allowance from which your order was purchased, your return will be
rejected.
To return an item by mail, please fill out the return
form which was included in your order. If you have misplaced this form
please feel free to email us and we will email you another one.
All Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping
We
can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are
restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations.
When you place an order, we will
estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability
of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the
shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the
shipping quotes page.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM CST will begin processing that
day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending
availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM CST
will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday
after 5 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are
weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
